Registration

The registration is OPEN.

For each paper presented at WG 2026, at least one author must be registered for the conference.

The registration fee includes the conference material, the welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, conference excursion, and the conference dinner. The category "Student" refers to PhD students (i.e., not postdocs). If you would like to bring an accompanying person to the social activities, please contact the organisers.

You can register for the conference by completing the registration and payment form (external site).

Important note: We are obligated to use the registration and payment system of the KU Leuven Postuniversitair Centrum (PUC). As you will notice, this system is mainly intended for events attended by participants from industry, so the registration form will ask for a lot of details which we do not need (e.g. phone number, address, date of birth). Luckily most of these fields are optional (except phone number, for which we recommend you to enter a dummy number like 123123123). The only information we need from you is:

• First and last name
• Email
• University
• Country

Other important note: If you choose the option to pay after having received an invoice, it might take several days before you receive the invoice and payment invitation as these invoices are made by hand and are processed in batches. We recommend to only choose this option if you need an official invoice (with VAT number etc.). From a tax point of view, such an invoice is pointless as the registration fees are exempted from VAT. Therefore, we strongly recommend to choose to pay directly online with your bank or credit card or pay by bank transfer. Here you can select the option to receive a payment receipt, which should be sufficient to reclaim your costs from your funding agency. These payment receipts are also made by hand and processed in batches, so it can take a few days before you receive it (but you should at least immediately get an automatic confirmation by email that the registration was succesful).
